The Grizzlies finished the match on a 13-0 run.
Landale started for Memphis and tallied 16 points, nine rebounds and two steals in a fine all-round performance.
Cedric Coward hit two late 3-pointers and scored a game-high 21 points for the Grizzlies, whose next two games are against Orlando in Berlin and London.
Noah Clowney and Tyrese Martin led the Nets with 17 points each.
Brooklyn led 98-90 after Clowney split a pair of free throws with three minutes left, only for Memphis to score the final 13 points.
It was quite the turnaround for the Grizzlies, who had squandered a 21-point second-half lead on Friday night in a loss to Oklahoma City.
The Orlando Magic also warmed up for their two-game swing in Europe with a victory on Sunday (Monday (AEDT).
Paulo Banchero had 23 points, eight rebounds and eight assists and Desmond Bane added 27 points as the Magic beat the New Orleans Pelicans 128-118 in centre Moritz Wagner's return from a serious knee injury.
Wagner had missed more than a year after tearing his left ACL.
He had eight points and two rebounds in 10 minutes of playing action.

Zion Williamson led New Orleans with 22 points.
Jalen Brunson had 26 points and eight assists as the New York Knicks earned a 123-114 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.
OG Anunoby added 24 points and Karl-Anthony Towns posted a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double for the Knicks, who had dropped five of their last six.
