Police are ramping up the search for missing Australians and have released their case files hoping details of the disappearances could unlock crucial evidence.

There are around 2,500 missing person cases in Australia and around 750 unidentified bodies.
The AFP created an online "investigative board" that peers into Australian cold case files with vital clues provided by police.

Attila Bogar in Avondale Heights, VIC
Attila Bogar last went to his mother's house in Avondale Heights Victoria on October 9, 2014 and she said he seemed distressed and paranoid.
He left the house that night telling his family he was driving to Sydney.
Mr Bogar called them from Sydney on October 10, 2014 and said he was heading back but was stopping to eat.
Police said he hasn't been seen or heard from since.
His car was found, with his belongings inside, in bushland on Picton Road, Picton NSW on October 17, 2014.
Police and SES searched the surrounding bushland extensively but found no trace of Mr Bogar.
Renae Marsden in Glenhaven, NSW
Renae Marsden left her family home in Glenhaven to meet friends in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney on August 5, 2013.
Police said her red Mazda 2 was found parked at Watsons Bay shops.
Ms Marsden has not been seen or made contact with family or friends since.
Police hold grave concerns her welfare.

Tristan Frank in Tanami, WA
Tristan Frank arrived at Balgo Community in Tanami, WA on December 1, 2020 coming from the Nyirripi Community, NT.
He's described as medium build and was 150 centimetres tall in late 2020 when he was 14-years-old.
Mr Frank hasn't been seen since he left the house in Balgo Community on December 3, 2020.
Police said Tristan hasn't contacted his family since and they hold "significant concerns" for his welfare.
Stacy De Sielvie in Armidale, NSW
Stacy De Sielvie stayed in regular contact with his family when he left home in 1992 to travel around Australia.
But he called his family for the last time from Armidale, NSW on April 20, 1994.
He told them he was making his way back to Sydney but he never returned home and has not been seen or heard from since.
