Ever since Ted Lasso hit screens mid-pandemic it has been one of the most popular shows on television.
The series follows the exploits of US coach Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis), who takes over fictional football club AFC Richmond despite knowing nothing about soccer.
Against the odds, coach Lasso manages to carve out a place for himself in the English Premier League.
Now, the multiple Emmy award winning series is back for its third, and possibly final season.

How to watch
The series is exclusive to Apple TV+ and will be screening weekly episodes from March 15.
What happened at the end of season 2?
2022's finale ended on a cliff-hanger, as AFC Richmond returned to the Premier League, but were betrayed by assistant coach Nate Shelley (Nick Mohammed).
Other plot lines revolved around Ted Lasso dealing with the past trauma of his fathers suicide, and the burgeoning romance between a number of characters including power couple Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) and Keeley Jones (Juno Temple).

Freshly-promoted AFC Richmond will face ridicule from the media, as they will be expected to finish last in the Premier League.
While they will also have to battle against one of their own, as former coach Nate will be working for cross-town rivals West Ham United.
