Though given the home side clobbered the visitors in the First Test, there is a chance the match might not go that far.
That's always the risk when a network screens a five-day Test match, that the game will finish early and they then have to scramble to find something to plug up some scheduling holes.
But at least Christmas is coming so there should be plenty of old Yuletide TV shows Prime7 can throw on at short notice.
Hopefully it will some of those old Rankin/Bass puppet shows, like Rudolf The Red-Nosed Reindeer or The Year Without Santa Claus.
STAGED
9.10pm, Tuesday, ABC
This series, which started during the time of COVID pandemics and lockdowns, featured David Tennant and Michael Sheen rehearsing for a play via Zoom.
It was something so many people could identify with, as they too were working from home and communicating with co-workers via video conferencing.
The concept was rather limiting as the show was mainly two guys talking on screens.
With the lockdown restrictions lifted, it seemed as though there was no longer life in that concept.
And yet, they've chosen to continue with the video conferencing angle, just creating different reasons why Tennant and Sheen can't actually meet up in person.
It doesn't really work - and, speaking personally, I don't want to watch a show that so strongly reminds me of my daily work life.
AGATHA CHRISTIE'S HJERSON
12am, Thursday, SBS On Demand
Here's a twist for you - the lead role of Finnish detective Sven Hjerson is a fictional character created by another fictional character - which is where the Agatha Christie link comes in.
In Christie's Hercule Poirot novels, he had a friend called Ariandne Oliver, who is a mystery writer (Christie had suggested that this character shared some of Christie's own traits).
Among the books Oliver wrote were those that featured the character of Hjerson. So this series is based on a mystery novel character that is only ever mentioned in other mystery novels about other fictional characters.
Confused? I was a bit - though I had to look into it to work out why Christie's name appeared in the title.
But you can easily watch this series without having to understand any of that back story - and I recommend you do watch it.
The series sees TV producer Klara Sandberg having a gutful of the trashy shows she's making. Looking for something different, she pitches a true-crime show focused on Hjerson, a detective who had made a name for solving crimes - until he decided to step out of the limelight.
Problem is, Sandberg has never met Hjerson and now the boss likes the idea, she has to try and convince him to be the star of this new show.
What follows is an update on the old "whodunit" style of show, with Johan Rheborg shining as the intense and slightly odd Hjerson.
It's a series full of dark mysteries and some very dry humour. It's so good you could easily end up binge-watching all eight episodes in a night or two.
