3.5 million people sought mental health support in 2020 to 2021, and Lifeline took record numbers of daily calls.

It can be tough to get mental health support In regional areas: there are fewer in-person services available, costs attached to getting help can be higher, and everyday stressors mean health can often get pushed to the side.
I can't say that we're going to be the magic wand, but we will slide into the community and have a positive effect on at least someone. And if we can save just one life, then it's worth it. And, you know, goats are pretty cool!

For this episode of Voice of Real Australia we did yoga with goats to see how Smithton is providing mental health support where official channels fall short.
