The Chamber said the event will bring "a little extra joy to the Upper Hunter this Christmas" and will see the main street of Scone "come alive for a great evening of Christmas shopping and festivities" from 5pm on December 16.
"The night will include illuminated roving performers, street food vendors, local shops open until 9pm, pop-up markets, a visit from Santa and more," the Chamber said.
The Chamber is encouraging businesses to get into the Christmas spirit by decorating their shopfronts, with a $500 'We Live Here' gift card to be awarded by the Chamber for the best display.
An 'Eat Street' will also be set up on Liverpool Street featuring food vendors from Scone and across the Hunter region, the Chamber said.
"With over 3000 attending last year, the Chamber has organised both local and greater Hunter market stalls and food vendors to service the community including Cold Rock Ice Creamery, Mini Dutch Pancakes, Rafas Portuguese, Greek Souvlaki, among others," the Chamber said.
"The Scone Collective will be set up in Campbell's Corner with an array of artisan gifts perfect for Christmas gifts as well as many local retailers remaining open and placing market stalls on the street."
Entry to the event will be free and the Chamber said there will be no need to buy tickets or register to attend, with parking available behind Campbell's Corner and on nearby side streets.
