The Rams will now hold an extraordinary AGM on Saturday, November 6, and the club is seeking volunteers to put their names forward for committee positions.
"If you've ever wanted to get involved and run the club please message (the club on Facebook)," the Rams said.
After two years of disrupted seasons due to COVID-19, the Rams had been looking ahead to a strong season in 2022 in the Hunter Valley's Group 21 rugby league after the appointment of new captain-coach Jayden Rosberg.
"The club is in a great position on and off the field," the Rams said in a statement on Facebook.
"Coaches have been appointed for first grade, reserves and U18s."
If the club is unable to fill the volunteer committee positions at the next meeting, the Rams said the club will be forced to fold and won't be able to compete in the 2022 Group 21 rugby league season.
