Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from residents regarding the proposed introduction of the service.
According to the council, the service would be free of charge and aimed at residents with limited mobility and genuine medical need for assistance. Provision will be subject to an application process.
Those interested in taking up the proposed service should submit their interest in writing to Paul Jakes, Manager Waste & Sustainability at: Upper Hunter Shire Council, PO Box 208, Scone NSW 2337.
