As well as seeing some of Tivoli's impressive cattle, visitors can see first-hand how life and business partners Hugh and Anne Kraefft have painstakingly grown their family business since 1991.
Situated 10 kilometers west of Merriwa, Springfield possessing good soil, temperate climate and high quality improved and native pasture.
It's also the nucleus of Tivoli Angus.
For Hugh in particular, agriculture is a passion.
Using his 45 years of experience where he's worked as a station hand, attained tertiary qualifications and actually taught agriculture for fifteen years, Tivoli Angus aims to produce high quality Meat Standards Australia (MSA) graded beef, as well as Angus breeding cattle.
Hugh explained that he and Anne chose to breed Angus cattle because 'they have a very large Australian and worldwide gene pool'.
"They are fertile cattle and easy to manage, that suit the local environment," he said.
"They possess high levels of marbling and tenderness that leads to a premium beef eating experience, suited to a range of export and local markets".
