The Upper Hunter-based charity was founded in 2017 by Glen 'Dodger' Shepherd after losing his brother Lance and several mates to cancer.
"Every time us old cowboys got together it was always for a funeral - so I thought well why not have a reunion," the former Moree resident, now Murrurundi local said.
With more than 60 cowboys expected to turn up, the event is a chance for former rodeo riders to relieve their glory days while raising money for a good cause.
"This time we have cowboys from South Australia and a few coming from Toowoomba," Mr Shepherd said.
The festivities kick off on Saturday June 12 at Murrurundi's White Heart Hotel from 10.30am till late.
The foundation also holds raffles every Wednesday night at the White Heart.
