In a statement advising of the transfer of Friday's meeting on Wednesday, Racing NSW said that a storm on Tuesday had caused damage to the infrastructure of the Quirindi Racecourse.
It is the third race meeting that the Scone Jockey Club has picked up in the past two weeks.

Then on Friday, the club staged the Gunnedah Jockey Club's seven-race TAB meeting after the Riverside Racecourse was deemed too wet.
Quirindi's biggest meeting of the year, the eight-race meeting attracted 166 nominations on Monday including 21 in the $50,000 feature.
All races for Friday, February 21, remained unchanged with the exception of the 1200m races that will now be conducted over 1250m.
