Christmas in the Park will return to Scone's White Park with all of its favourites from 5pm on Saturday, December 7.
"The community is invited to celebrate the season, enjoy music provided by Hamish Guiana and the Oh's, visit the market stalls, get a photo with Santa, have your face painted or grab a tattoo, take a ticket in the chocolate wheel and maybe win a ham," Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre manager Lee Watts said.
"Then sit back and watch an extraordinary display of fireworks.
"Children will have unlimited access to carnival rides, air brush tattoos and face painting with the purchase of a $5 wrist band.
"Raffles are available with tickets on sale at the neighbourhood centre prior to the event.
"You could win a garden trolley with a $1000 worth of toys donated by Scone Sports Store or a trolley of Christmas cheer thanks to BWS, Cellarbrations and Ice Box Liquor.
"Don't miss our community Christmas event, bring a blanket or chair, purchase a meal from the barbecue or one of the many other food outlets and enjoy yourself.
"We look forward to seeing everyone there.
"Staff and volunteers love this time of the year but work extremely hard to bring such a large event together.
"You can also support the neighbourhood centre by making a donation on entry with all funds going back to the SNRC."
Meanwhile, Generate Church and Singleton Baptist Church will host the Combined Community Carols at Allan Bull Reserve, Singleton, on Saturday, December 7, from 5pm until 9pm.
It is a free family event featuring a jumping castle, Tricky Yippy the illusionist, sausage sizzle, drinks, performances by the Singleton Town Band and local choirs, and, of course, finishing with fireworks.
