The government needs to ratify trade agreements with Indonesia, Peru and Hong Kong, but unions have expressed concerns around issues such as worker exploitation, licensing and market testing so Australians are put in jobs first.
"We don't share the concerns to the degree that the unions do ... there have been significant improvements in some of the clauses that the unions are concerned about," she told Sky News on Sunday.
