The organisation helps fly sick children from rural NSW to major hospitals for treatment, and do it all free of charge.
Compassion is always a focus for them too, with a parent always being brought along so the kids aren't separated and don't feel alone.
Every year, the ride changes its route and will this time come through the Upper Hunter, stopping at Denman as they complete their 2043 kilomtre journey that started in Lue and circles back around to Mudgee.
In 2018, they raised an incredible $200,000 for the cause, and are aiming for another $150,000 this time around.
A total of 49 riders will take part this year, with 11 support staff helping them complete their week-long journey.
Several places in Denman are being used for accommodation, with the Denman Motor Inn, Grapevine Motel and Denman Hotel all hosting the riders.
Co-organiser, Jason Turner of Mudgee, said it is a hugely fun and touching experience to be a part of.
He also noted how rewarding it felt to know they were also partaking in an event that is hugely beneficial to the aforementioned charity organisation.
"It's an enjoyable time, everybody always really enjoys the ride and the new roads we find and travel along the way," he said.
People from all across the state and beyond take part in the Late Mail initiative.
Riders from Sydney, rural New South Wales and even Queensland get involved with the more than worthy cause.
Last year they even begun their journey from the northern state, flying up there and shipping their bikes to the location, just to spread the word and importance of Wings4Kidz even further.
This year they are also stopping in Gunnedah, Moree, Armidale and Forster.
