Seventy-seven-year-old man dies in single vehicle crash in Upper Hunter on Sunday night

A REPORT will be prepared for the coroner after a man died in a single vehicle crash in the Upper Hunter on Sunday night.

Shortly before 6pm on September 8, concerns were raised for a 77-year-old who had failed to return to his Summerhill Road home at Turill, near Cassilis.

Then about 8pm, a Landcruiser utility was located overturned on the private property.

The man, and sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.
