Whisper-quiet and environmentally-friendly, Tesla prides itself on providing the ability to quick charge to allow easy long-distance travel along highways around the world.
And, now, Hollydene Estate and the Upper Hunter is on the world-wide map.
With six charging bays officially open to any Tesla owner, the site - located between Singleton and Denman - is conveniently accessible day and night.
The Tesla Supercharger is substantially more powerful than any existing charging technology, providing up to 120 kilowatts of power and 270km of range in 30 minutes.
Since announcing the technology in late 2012, Tesla has deployed 1533 Supercharger stations and more than 13,344 Superchargers internationally, making it the fastest-growing fast-charging network in the world.
Supercharger stations are strategically placed to allow owners to drive from station-to-station with minimal stops.
They are located near amenities like roadside diners, cafes and shopping centres so road-trippers can stop for a quick meal and have their Model S and Model X charged by the time they're done.
Luckily, with Hollydene's Vines restaurant and cellar door open seven days a week, there is always an opportunity for a charge, a coffee, lunch or a browse through the extensive wine list.
Karen Williams, of Hollydene, is excited about the prospect of extending a welcome to local and national Tesla owners.
"We're delighted to be the 'home' of a charging station," she said.
"Tesla owners are encouraged to stay and enjoy our hospitality while they admire the breath-taking views of the Upper Hunter."
There are currently 31 Supercharger sites across Australia, connecting Adelaide through to Brisbane, with plans to accelerate its growth even further over the next 12 months with stations planned along popular holiday routes and also to provide more metropolitan charging.
