The popular initiative assists local not-for-profit organisations, who are encouraged to improve or enhance their respective facilities/activities in Aberdeen, Bunnan, Ellerston, Gundy, Merriwa, Murrurundi, Moonan, Scone and surrounding areas.
In the previous round, 21 groups shared in almost $15,000 in funding for a range of projects.
Upper Hunter Shire mayor Wayne Bedggood said it was great to see the variety of endeavours being supported.
"This program increases awareness of what cultural activities are available in our shire and assists the organisations to offer them," he added.
Community organisations who received the 2018-19 Cultural Activity Grants (CAG) included:
* Aberdeen Senior and Little Athletics Centre Inc. purchased a "special needs kit" to help young athletes, especially those with disabilities, to engage in activities;
