The Singleton Lions Club Book Fair starts on Thursday, August 1, from 9am until 6pm in the Singleton Showground pavilion.
On offer, are more than 15,000 books covering all topics and suitable for all ages.
The event continues on Friday and Saturday between 9am and 5pm each day.
The club will also sell tickets in its major raffle for the year with first prize being a barbecue valued at $4000.
Tickets are drawn in December.
Money raised from the annual Book Fair will be donated to the Singleton Cancer Appeal Committee whose work at the Singleton Hospital in funding much-needed equipment and facilities is greatly appreciated by the local community.
The Lions Club wishes to thank the infantry personnel from Lone Pine Barracks for their continued support and assistance in setting up the event, as well as joining members on Sunday evening for the clean-up.
