The visiting team proved, initially, victorious over St Joseph's Lochinvar Gold 10-6 and Kurri Kurri Pink 11-10.
Though the youngsters did face a 14-7 defeat to St Joseph's Lochinvar Blue, they would respond with one-sided wins over the Singleton High School Flamingos 21-7 and Kurri Kurri Aqua 27-0.
Scone Grammar's final 4-1 record would justify qualification to the second phase.
All 10 of the tournament's winners will now play-off at the Hunter and Central Coast regional finals at Maitland on Friday, August 16.
