The Rams dominated the semi-final in Foster on Sunday, recording a 44-4 victory.
Defending the Cup from last year, Western led 30-0 at half-time after dominating the start of the game after receiving early and questionable penalties, achieving territorial dominance and producing smart and strong running.
The Rams led 6-0 five minutes into the fixture via a converted try to Parkes lock Finnley Nielsen.
Dubbo fullback Braye Porter then finished off a good team movement to dive over under the posts for a 12-0 lead.
Parkes five-eighth Kyle Mawhinney then sliced through after Porter's kick return, setting up a long break and try by winger Brandon Hamilton.
When Lithgow halfback Cooper Egan raced over from a scrum move, the Rams were up 24-0 after Matthew Noakes kicked his fourth easy conversion.
Porter added his second try in a first-half rout; and Western led 30-0 at the break.
The Tigers didn't receive their first penalty until the second period.
They crossed for their only try when Aberdeen's Pichai Dixon made a strong dart from dummy half.
Unfortunately, it was the Tigers' second heavy defeat in a row, after they won their first three matches.
The Rams will play the Northern Rivers Titans in this Saturday's Andrew Johns Cup final in Mudgee after the Titans beat the Penrith Panthers 26-14.
