Punters were treated to five action-packed races throughout the day with the Stephen Dixon trained Mishani Istana taking out the Murrurundi Cup in the day’s first race.

The action was also hot off the course with fashions in the field, face-painting and music providing the crowd with a variety of entertainment options.
