The team overseeing the venture will host a Community Information Day at the Scone Arts and Crafts Centre, 63 Kingdon Street, on Saturday, November 17, between 3pm and 6pm.
There, you can meet the project team, find out more about work activities and see construction photos, a virtual reality tour, landscape plans and visual montages of the bypass.
Another meeting is scheduled by Upper Hunter Shire Council and the Scone Chamber of Commerce and Industry at council chambers, in Liverpool Street, on Wednesday, November 28, from 6pm.
It is an opportunity to ask questions directly of the Bypass project team and find out what will happen through December and January.
There is no need to RSVP – just come along.
More information about the bypass project can be found on the RMS page http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/projects/hunter/new-england-highway/scone-rail-level-crossing/index.html
