Yoga on the Grass will take place at the Jerrys Plains location each Saturday from 8am to 9am, starting on November 10.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness, meditation, relaxation and concentration.
It is also an approach to life that values appropriate effort, based on balance and harmony, within each person and with each other.
And, applying it outdoors is one of the best ways to truly experience its benefits.
Yoga on the Grass is structured for all ages and levels, with a mix of Yin (seated style) and Yang (vinyasa, anusara, hatha).
Just bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle, while loose and comfortable clothing is the preferred dress requirement.
The cost is $15 per class, which is payable on the day.
Beginners are encouraged to attend, too.
After class, the Vines Restaurant will be open at 9am for breakfast, chai and coffee.
Alternatively, stay for further relaxation or savour the views.
