The 2018 edition will mark the eighth year of the event, which will take place at the Jerrys Plains Recreation Grounds on Saturday, September 15, between 8am and 1pm.
One of the coordinators, Rhonda Walter, said everyone was looking forward to another great day.
“Thanks to Coolmore Stud, our major sponsor, we are able to provide free activities for the children, such as the jumping castle and big slide,” she explained.
“Also, The Balloon Man will make your favourite balloon shapes and we’ll have free lollipops.
“Toy Box will attend, too, for the little ones to enjoy plenty of different activities.
“The involvement and generosity of Coolmore Stud allows our fair to be the success it is.
“And, this year, we have our local favourites, the fantastic Kyda Rock, performing.”
Ms Walter promised there would be something for everyone in 2018.
“Our fair is a family day out and, for a small donation, we are sure the kids will love the horse rides provided by Riding for the Disabled,” she said.
“The local fire brigade is manning the barbecue and the ever-popular Café Mobilita will spoil us with their great coffee.
“We thank them for their very generous donation they give us every year.
“In 2017, we had more than 60 stalls and the bookings for this time around are heading in the same direction.
“We have free information stalls, cupcakes and other food outlets, plus lots of trash and treasure to be investigated.
“We conduct one raffle with lots and lots of prizes to be won, too.
“The Jerrys Plains and Districts Progress Association will donate a Care Package to a local family to help them through the devastating drought.
“So, please come and support our fair so we are able to do this and take this opportunity to donate any small items if you would like to help.
“We hope to see you all there on September 15.”
There are still sites available and cost only $10 per single site.
