Saturday’s event narrowly dodged the rain to make for a wonderful day that saw a record number of cars go on show.
Market stalls and children’s entertainment were on site, too, with some kids taking a look at the inside of trucks and even a crane.
Organiser David Murphy said the focus on a family environment had done wonders for the event, with more children than ever now attending.
“We’ve got a puppet show as well this year and they’re [the kids] all around there at the moment watching the puppet show and the jumping castle’s done really well,” he said.
“And, also Big Lift Cranes are here in 2018 as well.
“They’re actually letting the youngsters get up inside the crane and showing them how that well, so they’re really generous with their time.”
The event has been a raging success this year and is all revved up to continue heading into the future.
