On May 19, Ashley Hastings attended the Toyota New Vehicle Sales Society Program Awards at the Hyatt Sydney where he was awarded Gold Leader Status for 2017.
Gold Leader status is awarded to the top 15 Sales Consultants for NSW and based on numerous achievements, mainly Sales Vs Target Achievement, Guest Experience and Product Knowledge all of which Ashley Prides himself on.
“I’ve been working with Wideland now for two years and it is such an awesome feeling to achieve this award for myself and the company, being on stage in Sydney as a Small Rural Dealer beating a lot of the Sydney guys was great,” Ash
The Team at Muswellbrook Toyota now sit 20 out of 279 Dealers Nationally for Guest Experience and have their eyes on going one better next year.
New Fixed Operations Manager Adam Ross is settling in after his move from Moree with focus achieving team service excellence for all brands now available amongst the group.
Adam comes to the dealership with over 21 years’ experience with the Toyota Brand, working in Bunbury, WA, managing a dealership in North Queensland and overseeing fixed operations in Moree with a multi-franchise group.
“I love a challenge and when Wideland approached me it was the perfect time to make a move,” said Adam who now lives in Muswellbrook. “We have a great bunch of people here who are all striving to achieve higher standards of guest experience and I am looking forward to growing this team.
Experienced Wideland Toyota team member Andrew Wadwell has stepped up to take on the Parts Manager role for the company’s two sites.
“I’ve worked in all areas of the business but parts is truly where I like to be,” Andrew said. “It presents challenges every day, and my ability, along with my team, to think on our feet and overcome these issues has really been a factor over the past few months of gaining back our customers’ trust.”
Tara Valle, pictured with Andrew above, has just achieved her Full Toyota for Life Service Advisor accreditation and has been on the front foot within the workshop to ensure all service guests are getting the service, respect and trust they require to become part of the Toyota and Wideland Family.
“The last twelve months has been extremely rewarding,” Tara said. “It’s a great feeling when our guests call back to thank me for all the hard work I have done to get their cars fixed and back on the road and I can’t wait to see what the next 12months will bring.”
