The Sydney Mandolin Orchestra, Celtic duo The Princess and The Bodyguard and vocalist Nicole Hewlett are among the line-up that is scheduled to hit the stage from 2pm on Saturday, March 24.
Local resident Martha Babineau said everyone was looking forward to the Putty Musical Variety Show.
“It’s a great venue,” she admitted.
“And, I know that personally.
“I play the mandolin and I’ll be performing in this concert as part of the Sydney Mandolin Orchestra.
“I’m also a member of the Sydney Balalaika Orchestra.
“They’ve performed in the Putty Hall four times while the Plektra Mandolin Ensemble has appeared there twice.
“The concert will also feature Nicole Hewlett, who is a lively versatile singer from the Hawkesbury region.
“She has performed at the Putty Hall on numerous occasions, including Anzac Day ceremonies, the annual Spring Fair, memorial concerts and other shows over the years.
“She’s also appeared in several plays with the Australian Theatre for Young People and now sings regularly around the Hawkesbury and surrounding areas.
“Throw in the likes of The Princess and The Bodyguard – and there’s plenty of variety.”
Tickets are $20 each, while a light lunch costs $10.
