It is believed a 25-year-old male suffered injuries sustained in a fall from a horse, which has then rolled on the man.
The helicopter is rendezvousing with an ambulance transporting the patient to Scott Memorial Hospital.

9.40AM: The Westpac Rescue Helicopter is transporting the rider to John Hunter Hospital.
He is suffering pelvic injuries sustained in a horse fall at Scone Racecourse.
The patient is in a stable condition.
