His Mother’s Day launch will include a lunch, which has a $60 six-course tapas menu, that is set to run from noon to 3pm.
It is being presented by the Bloomsbury Sydney and Newcastle Writers Festival.
West, who hails from Murrurundi, is currently a host on the Lifestyle channel’s The River Cottage Australia.
The cottage in the series, based outside the village of Tilba Tilba in the NSW far south coast, consists of vegetable patches and typical farmyard animals.
West dreams of one day running his own self-sufficient farm, alongside his best friend Digger, a collie-kelpie cross, and partner Alicia.
