Technical Business Analyst

Your new company
One of the largest financial services providers in Sydney, which offers multiple products across the domestic market, is looking to recruit a Technical Business Analyst to be part of their Group-wide Technology and Data team.

Your new role
The Technical Business Analyst sits within the Chief Data Office working on the delivery of customer engagement solutions and decisioning. You’d be responsible for running workshops, translating technical requirements and providing documentation. You’d act as a bridge between the business and Solutions Architects/Designers and help drive delivery with Engineers and Testers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong data analysis experience – looking into large amounts of data to analyse, map, and assess for impacts Gathering requirements for Data – extracts, loads, transformation and reporting
• Financial Services background
• Big Data or Data warehousing experience
• Proficient in SQL
• Hands-on experiences in data, decisioning, reporting technology space is highly regarded – Hadoop/ Teradata / PEGA / Tableau or similar

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position based in Sydney CBD, paying up to $135k + super dependent on experience.
