Your new role
As an inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
Your full-time role will be based at Parramatta, working in a hybrid arrangement. You will work 37.5 hrs on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am & 6.00pm. Each week the work schedule will be 37.5 hrs between Monday – Friday. This role will be paying $31.25 plus super.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a real passion for providing first class customer service; able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time, you will have outstanding communication skills and the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals.
