Quantity Surveyor

Due to exciting growth, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across either New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland.

You will be working on insurance related work with some major clients in the industry, this is an exciting role where no two days are the same.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing submissions and agreement of variations
• Assisting the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims
• Track variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Maintain commercial claims registers
• Administer subcontract and supply contracts
• Manage the commercial /contract aspects in compliance with company standards

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong technical ability
• Extensive insurance experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with Engineers and building consultants
