Your new company
Coming close to launch date, this is a specialised start-up which has been envisioned by some of the best and most accredited professionals in the industry. Based in the CBD you will have the opportunity to spend your days being coached and mentored in ways that surpass things that salary could offer. Your new role
Your new role will see you being the first point of contact for customers who want to explore the product on offer. You will liaise with customers across a myriad of channels, including phone-calls, emails and live-chats. You will follow up with customer applications and make outbound phone-calls and video-calls to customers to take them through an introduction to the product and qualify their needs. Moreover, as this is a start-up, there may be other duties around the office to help out with in-between calls.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous contact centre experience is essential, particularly those who have had exposure to vulnerable customers or had the opportunity to have difficult conversation with customers.
  • Empathy and the ability to really show in-depth listening skills. You will be speaking to customers at length about their financial situation and asking some very direct customers, so empathy and compassion must be prioritise to keep the customer at ease.
  • Banking and finance experience is preferable, however isn't necessary due to the thorough product training
  • To commit to three days in the CBD offices (for at least the first six months of the role). As this is a start-up, collaboration in the office is key
  • PR and Citizen's only - with the ability to start ASAP
