Your new role
- Responsible for managing website, email & phone orders
- Liaise with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch as required
- Provide service excellence in all facets of the position
- Process customer credit card payments when required
- Proactively provide a high level of sales support to the Account Managers
- Generate customer quotes on request
- Manage any sales team returns / credits
- General administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell our products
- Professional telephone manner and able to handle customer queries
- Computer adept and good typing skills
- Familiar with Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
