Established in 1957 and proudly Australian owned, this company is a leading wholesale distributor of non-food restaurant and hotel supplies. The extensive product range comprises leading brands and expands across cutlery, crockery, glassware, barware, kitchenware, table service, equipment, disposables and janitorial supplies.

Your new role

• Responsible for managing website, email & phone orders
• Liaise with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch as required
• Provide service excellence in all facets of the position
• Process customer credit card payments when required
• Proactively provide a high level of sales support to the Account Managers
• Generate customer quotes on request
• Manage any sales team returns / credits
• General administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell our products
• Professional telephone manner and able to handle customer queries
• Computer adept and good typing skills
• Familiar with Excel
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn
