Due to exponential growth and a strong pipeline of projects, our client is looking for a motivated civil engineer to join their team. With a strong focus on successful project delivery in the land development and infrastructure sectors, this consultancy is recognised as a prestigious market leader, providing innovative design solutions for their high-profile clients.

Your new role

The company is expanding its WA civil engineering team to support several land development projects across WA. Your new role will include but not limited to:

• Lead the civil design on various land development and master planned subdivision projects.
• Provide technical design expertise for roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, wastewater infrastructure, water reticulation, and other related infrastructure works.
• Coordinate and verify designs with project teams working across multiple offices
• Embracing a strong digital work environment and delivery culture
• Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role within this area will lead to your success, as will:

• Demonstrated experience in Land Development projects
• Experience in several facets of the project lifecycle from tendering and concept design through to construction.
• Demonstrated self-management; ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
