This well respected Government agency is seeking customer service professional with previous experience in contact centres. Our client is based in the Healthcare sector and are currently providing essential services to aid with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Your new role
We are seeking dedicated, client focused candidates with previous experience taking inbound and making outbound calls. Your role will include high-volume of inbound calls, managing the switchboard, providing excellent customer service and factual advice to clients, email inbox management and general administration and ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment
- Approachable attitude with great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and emphatically
- Tech savvy with MS Office knowledge and ability to quickly pick up new programs
- Strong people person skills with a passion for delivering high quality customer service
