About Our Client

Our client is an innovative and dynamic Canberra-based registered Chartered Accounting firm. They have a team of over 65 qualified professionals who specialise in accounting and IT technical integration, implementation and support, and have significant experience working with Federal Government and private sector organisations.

The Business Proposal Support Coordinator role works with internal stakeholders to coordinate the proposal and bid process & documentation, drafting clear, concise, accurate and compliant responses to RFP/RFI, partner, and prospective customer enquiries. Successful applicants are expected to be great communicators, with excellent written English & verbal skills, and have strong attention to detail. Prior experience in consulting services is highly desirable, as is exposure to government services procurement processes.

Job Description

As the Business Proposal Support Coordinator within their dynamic team you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams & management levels
  • Help navigate to meaningful outcomes through structured problem solving, design thinking and team collaboration
  • Create new content and leverage approved content for high quality deliverables.
  • Balance multiple priorities, conflicting deadlines and tight timelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to document complex technical concepts and processes in a clear and concise manner in both written and graphic formats
  • Knowledge of bid proposal processes and systems, and public sector requirements
  • Administration support experience in an office environment
  • High level of organisational and planning skills
  • Ambition and the ability to collaborate with diverse and like-minded individuals
  • An open mindset, willing to learn on the job, accept failures and focus on personal & professional growth
  • Strong focus on clients and customers, and the desire to go above and beyond.
