Business Analyst

An opportunity is available for a Business Analyst to join a software development and implementation SaaS business for the Automotive, Marine and Motorcycle Retail markets across the APAC region. Due to the organisations growth, they are expanding the business rapidly.

Your new role

• Gathering and analysing business requirements, transforming them into innovative and efficient robust business solutions
• Drive and own projects you work on from inception to delivery into production
• Ensure projects are delivered including all facets such as release notes, documentation, test plans, test results, configuration guide and training materials
• Organise and participate in workshops to assist in requirements gathering
• Collaborating across the business and with various clients

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrable experience in gathering, documenting and managing of business requirements
• High level stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Highly regarded: Experience with computer software, ERP's, or Automotive industry/ dealer management solutions
• University / IT Qualification
