Your new company
Hays Moonee Ponds are the preferred supplier choice to Federal, State and Local Government organisations as well as leading employers in Health, HR, Marketing, Sales and Education across Northern and Western Victoria. Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Divisional Clerk for their Werribee based location in West Victoria with an immediate start, on a temporary assignment

Your new role
The APS3 Divisional Clerk will undertake a range of administrative functions in areas of enrolment management, project management and delivery. You will be working for a period of 12 month, full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative functions
  • Recruitment
  • Staffing and leading the delivery of a number of projects
  • Ensuring communication flows seamlessly and accurately to the Team Leader
  • Supervise a small team
  • Provide training to aid in the delivery of planned activities
  • Work will be required between office and out-posts

  • Exercise independent judgement and resolve workplace issues with a degree of guidance and monitoring from management
