Your new company
This well known construction business based in the Liverpool region, is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their growing team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the drafting department with reporting
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documents are completed on time
  • Monitor and update checklists
  • Filing documentation
  • Entering information into the system
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting the drafting team leaders

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this role you must have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication as well as be able to work under pressure. Experience with Microsoft Office is also essential.
