Some 50 galleries, studios, pop up exhibitions, museums and wineries across the region – Merriwa, Murrurundi, Scone, Sandy Hollow, Aberdeen, Denman, Muswellbrook, Singleton, Vacy, Dungog, Patterson and Maitland – will be open on Saturday and Sunday, November 18 and 19.
Hit the trail for painting, ceramics, fabric art, sculpture, photography, local history, sensational food, great wine, terrific accommodation and the Great Arts Trivia Quiz.
“It should be a terrific experience,” Arts Upper Hunter executive director Mark Reedman said.
“There’s no set route.
“Depending on where you’re coming from, plan your own trail.
“On Saturday night, November 18, join quiz master Mike Pritchard from ABC Radio Upper Hunter and comedian Ethan Andrews for the Great Arts Trivia Quiz at the Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre.
“Bring your own drinks and snacks, while tea, coffee and deli platters will be provided.
“Win prizes donated by local artists and craftspeople.
“Tickets are $20 and bookings are essential by ringing Arts Upper Hunter on 6541 4776.”
