Saturday 2nd September 2017 will see the inaugural Bizzy and Jomanda Bull and Female Sale.

The Fahey Family of Bizzy Brahman Stud and Johnson Family of Jomanda Brahman Stud have joined forces in offering a line of quality, functional bulls and females, all bred on coastal country, on the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.

All bulls offered at the sale will be semen tested and vet checked, also fat and EMA scanned.

In addition, all bulls will be vaccinated for 3 germ and tick fever, which will allow buyers from tick areas to purchase bulls.

The 40 Brahman bulls, 10 Brangus bulls and 2 Charbray bulls on offer will suit a number of markets, from stud breeders to vealer and weaner producers, and also to producers wishing to breed replacement F1 females.

Bizzy will offer 22 Red Brahman bulls represented by six different Sire lines.

These bulls range in age from 28 to 36 months and are ready to get out and work.

In addition, the Fahey Family will offer an even line of 10 Brangus and two Charbray bulls.

Jomanda Brahmans are offering 15 bulls and four heifers. Twelve  out of 15 bulls are bred from JDH Elmo Sire lines. JDH Elmo has proved himself to be the most influential sire in modern history.

A feature in the line-up is several half-brothers to 2016 record-breaking sire El Toro, who sold for $150,000.

Also in the draft there are two bulls carrying the popular Polled gene. Their sale preparation has been based around grazing oats and corn silage. 

Jomanda are also offering four high quality heifers. They are all backed by outstanding pedigree carrying the legendary JDH Elmo and Jomanda Merlene genetics.

A pre-sale Open Day will be held Sunday, August 20   at each of the Bizzy and Jomanda Stud properties.

This year the two studs are offering free delivery into Queensland, so any buyers wishing to purchase quality well-bred value for money bulls and females, can do so without the hassle of arranging transport.

The Bizzy and Jomanda Brahman Bull and Female Sale will be held Saturday,September 2 at Grafton Livestock Selling Centre, commencing at 11am.
