The tournament, along with the under-18 and women’s league tag knockouts, was scheduled to take place at Scone Park and Scone Rugby Field on Saturday.
But, following the recent rainfall, the event won’t go ahead, due to excessive water on the playing surface.
It is believed it will be rescheduled for April 1.
The 2017 season will kick off on Saturday, April 22.
Denman will host Aberdeen in the opening round at home.
On Sunday, April 23, Muswellbrook meets Greta Branxton at Olympic Park while defending premiers Scone faces Singleton at Scone Park.
