The side now tackles Scone in the 2016 decider at Olympic Park next weekend.
The Ramettes began the match beautifully with a try to Charlee Mae Schmierer. When Shae Pemberton landed the extras, the team led 6-0.
But, that advantage was short-lived as Kimberley Sharp dived over for Greta Branxton. Harvey locked things up at 6-all.
Harvey then touched down to make it 10-6 in the Colts’ favour – and the score remained that way until the break.
Greta Branxton extended that margin to 16-6 midway through the second half and appeared destined to cruise to victory.
However, the Ramettes had other ideas.
With five minutes remaining, Harmony Liddell dashed through the rival defence and Pemberton’s conversion made it 16-12.
Then, in the dying stages, Sophie Laing tied the fixture up at 16-all when the siren sounded.
Both combatants entered extra-time – and the score remained deadlocked at the first interval.
With the game headed for further minutes, Greta Branxton received a penalty with seconds left on the clock.
Harvey stepped up to the plate and delivered an exciting two-point win to the Colts.
