That’s the question everyone is asking after the Hunter Valley Group 21 pacesetters annihilated last season’s grand finalists Denman Devils 84-0 at the weekend.
The replay of the 2015 decider, which was deemed the longest game of league in history, was simply all one-way traffic.
And, things didn’t improve in the lower grades either.
Scone crushed Denman 70-0 in women’s league tag and prevailed 32-10 in the under-18s.
In other round four results, the Aberdeen Tigers upset the Singleton Greyhounds 30-16 and the Muswellbrook Rams proved too strong for the Greta Branxton Colts 28-4.
Aberdeen, Murrurundi and Muswellbrook were the big winners in reserve grade.
The Rams held out the Colts 15-4 in under-18s.
In women’s league tag, Singleton beat Aberdeen 40-0, Murrurundi kept Merriwa scoreless 36-0 and Greta Branxton stunned Muswellbrook 16-4.
