The show also marks a major milestone at the Singleton watering hole, with the opening of JD’s Steak and Rib Restaurant.
A Newcastle outfit, The Viper Creek Band believes country music in Australia was ready for an exciting new sound and began writing songs, rehearsing, playing and seducing a loyal fan base.
Two years ago saw the release of their highly-anticipated album, Kickin up Dust, which debuted at No 2 on the ARIA Australian Country album charts.
The band also took to the road with male super duo McAlister Kemp for an eight-month tour, as well as performances at the Gympie Muster and Deni Ute Muster.
The guys then hit the ground running in 2015 at the Tamworth Country Music Festival with rave reviews and standing room only at all of their gigs.
The talented quartet was nominated for Best Group or Duo at the 2015 CMC awards and closed the Oz artist stage of CMC Rocks before headliners Big and Rich.
The band is also a chance of claiming two honours in 2016 – being selected for Group or Duo of the Year and Oz Artist of the Year.
Don’t miss The Viper Creek Band on Saturday night, and make sure you grab a meal at the hotel’s new eatery.
