In the ladies competition, Bits and Pieces defeated Double Faults last week by six sets and 37 games to 0 sets and 13 games.
The other clash saw Rebels beat Bluebirds by just two games in a thriller.
Both outfits had three sets each, but Rebels won 27 games to 25.
The ladies again played alongside the mixed competition, with four teams taking part in the new tournament.
Anyone is welcome to play.
The women’s competition is held every Tuesday night during the school summer terms.
Rental of the courts for the year are free once participants have become members of the Scone Hardcourt Tennis Association.
