Central North took on the Central Coast and Hunter at Brumbies Park to provide players with selection opportunities for the Country Championships.
Hosts Scone had representatives from the under-12s through to the under-16s for Central North.
Age groups ranging from the 12s to 14s will head to Armidale in May for the championships, while the 15s to 17s are playing in Mudgee and Concord over the June long weekend.
Following the championships, Scone Rugby Club is set to host two more carnivals before the end of the season.
A gala day on July 26 will see teams from the under-6s to the under-14s play a minimum of three matches.
Rounding out a busy schedule will be the Cauliflower Charity Shield on September 6.
The shield has been established to support the welfare of the disabled by using sport and recreation as a means of enhancing their lives.
The junior competition starts on April 26 at the Walcha carnival.
In the seniors, Scone will play Inverell in the first round on April 11 before taking on Barraba.
Teams train on Friday nights and everyone is welcome to come along for a look or to register their interest.
