If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, come along to a free information session at Murrurundi Library, from 2pm, on Monday, July 28.
The information provided by the NSW Department of Fair Trading, can help people to better spot a scam, protect their personal information and their financial assets.
This workshop has been initiated by Upper Hunter Shire Council to assist incorporated community groups better understand their roles and responsibilities.

Fair Trading seminars in Scone
FREE information seminars from the NSW Department of Fair Trading NSW are being held in Scone this week.
The seminars will cover the following areas:
* Motor dealer and motor vehicle repairs (July 28, 6pm-7.30pm)
* Real estate agents (July 29, 2pm-4pm)
* Self-management landlords residential tenancy (July 29, 6pm-7.30pm)
* Swimming pools and residential builders (July 30, 6pm-8pm)
* Running an incorporated association (July 31, 2pm-4pm)
All workshops will be held at the Scone RSL Club in Guernsey Street.
